How do I build a proper website? « Wrongboy’s Executive Weblog

Does anyone have any advice/free webspace? if so please post here.
Ideally I would like to build my own website, but it might take me a while to get it done.
I would like to show all my Flash animations, and maybe an interactive fun house run by bees.
You know the sort of thing…
